Saperavi (Georg.საფერავი, literally «paint») is a Georgian red wine grapes and eponymous red wine. It is the grape variety of late ripening. The peculiarity of this grape variety is large branched clusters. Saperavi is a direct descendant of the autochthonous Kakhetian variety cultivated as far back as 5-6 millennia BC. A distinctive feature of the berries is the dark pink flesh, while in other red varieties only the skin has the pigment.

High insolation of grapes is provided by the slope of the hill at 10-14%, where the vine is planted and by the large lake located 12 km from the vineyards

Rkatsiteli

Rkatsiteli (Georgian. რქაწითელი <ა წითელი, red horn) is a high-value Georgian wine grape of medium ripeness. Rkatsiteli is the most common grape variety in eastern Georgia. It belongs to the group of technical varieties of the Black Sea basin. From Georgian translates as "red vine". The variety variety of grapes growing in Georgia exceeds 500 items.
